Curcuma xanthorrhiza

Generality 

Curcuma xanthorrhiza is the herbs in Zingiberaceae family as ginger and galingale. Found 2 species in Thailand; Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxburg and Curcuma comosa Roxb.

There are many of research about C. xanthorrhiza, because of they had found in many country of Asia, to study about the effect of medical which in the same line as the traditional medical. 

Uses 

To control blood cholesterol level , Diarylheptanoids will eliminate the adipose tissue ( fat ) in the form of cholesterol and bilious salt , To relieve liver disease , rheumatism and remove gallstone , To relieve womb inflammation , To stimulate the milk flow of woman after childbirth, Extracting to make a yellow dye , The resulting starch is used for making various delicacies like pudding and porridge , The starch proved to be of good quality and is easily digestible by infants and old age.

·        Best for accelerating lochia discharge, vagina, and womb restore
